Figure 1: Flow Cytometry - FC Kit for SAH (FK00302)
Results of double stained FC using FK00202 and this kit. (A1) Normal liver cell line L02 cells cultured for 16h; (A2) L02 cells were stimulated with 0.5mM methionine for 24h post 16-culture in 1640 medium with 10% FBS as in the A1 above; (A3) The same as A2 except for using 1mM methionine; (A4) 1mM S-nitrosoglutathione (GSNO) was added to L02 cells that were cultured for 16h and was washed after 30 min; (A5) 0.5mM methionine was added to cells as treated in the A4 above for 24h; (A6) The same as the A5 above except for using 1mM methionine; (B1-B6) The same as the A1-A6 respectively for hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2 cells. Cells were used for analysis with BD FACS Calibur Flow Cytometer.
