Lyso Green is a fluorescent probe with green fluorescence that can specifically label lysosomes in living mammalian cells. It has strong water solubility and pH stability; its maximum excitation wavelength is 490 nm, and its maximum emission wavelength is 525 nm. Especially suitable for Confocal and long-term super-resolution imaging (such as SIM, STED, TIRF, and PALM). Low levels of cytotoxicity.
