How can I contact Customer Service?

How will I know that my order has been received?

We confirm receipt of all orders by email and provide an Order Confirmation which layouts the details of the order. We will notify you again when your order has been dispatched and provide you with the shipment tracking number.

If your purchasing department is placing the order on your behalf, then please ask them to include your name, email address, and telephone number so that this information is communicated directly with you.

Can you provide a quotation?

Yes - we are happy to provide quotations. To recieve a quotation, please send an email to orders@antibodies.com specifying your name, professional email address, shipping address, billing address, and the products you are after and the volumes / quantities required. We will then prepare an official quotation for you and send it across by email.

How can I place an order?

You can place an order online through our website by completing the online checkout or you can contact us directly by telephone, fax, or email. Orders can be placed using a Purchase Order, Purchase Order Number, or Payment Card. Please send Purchase Orders by email to orders@antibodies.com or by fax to + 44 (0)1223 281 447. What information is required for my order?

In order to process your order we require:

  • Product code(s), size(s), and quantities of the item(s) you want to purchase (e.g. 1 x 100µg of A85277).
  • Your name, email address, and telephone number - so that we can contact you if we have a query.
  • The name, email address, and telephone number of the recipient (if different).
  • The shipping address and billing address.
  • The Purchase Order, Purchase Order Number, or Payment Card details for the order.

How can I pay?

You can either pre-pay by payment card or, if ordering with a Purchase Order or Purchase Order Number, pay on delivery by check or bank transfer. An invoice will be sent to the billing address outlining the payment details.

What is a Purchase Order Number?

Most organisations place an order using a Purchase Order, which will contain a Purchase Order Number, or they will specify the Purchase Order Number to be used for the order. In turn, the supplier will include the Purchase Order Number on the commercial invoice which enables the organisation to easily confirm that the invoice is valid.

Do you charge VAT?

Our list prices are exclusive of VAT and VAT only applies to customers in the United Kingdom (UK). For UK customers, we must charge VAT unless your organisation is VAT exempt. In which case, a copy of your VAT exemption certificate must be provided with your order. Please check with your purchasing department for more information.

Is the product in stock?

Please contact us to establish whether a particular product is currently in stock.

Where do you ship to?

We can ship worldwide by express courier delivery. If you are ordering from outside of Europe or North America, please contact us to establish accurate lead times and transit times.

How long is the transit time?

For our customers in North America, all orders are sent as international priority shipments and delivery is estimated to take 2-3 business days.

Does the transit time affect the product?

Storing antibodies at various temperatures (up to 40°C) for one week does not affect their activity. As a precautionary measure, we ship all products in insulated packaging with blue ice to provide extra temperature stability in transit.

The icepacks may be thawed when you receive the shipment, please be assured that this is normal and your product(s) are safe to use. Once you have received your product(s), please follow the storage instructions on the datasheet(s).

What is your replacement policy?

Quality is very important to us. If a product fails to work as specified on its datasheet please contact us. We will investigate to determine whether the issue is protocol related or product related. If the issue is product related, we will offer you the choice between a replacement or a refund. Please see our 100% guarantee for further information.
