ATG13 is an autophagy factor that forms a complex with Unc-51-like kinases 1/2 (ULK1/2) and focal adhesion kinase family-interacting protein of 200 kDa (FIP200). This complex is involved in autophagy regulation via the mTOR signaling pathway.
