Figure 1: Western Blot - Anti-c-Fos (phospho Thr232) Antibody (A16408)

Western blot analysis of extracts of HepG2 cells, using Anti-c-Fos (phospho Thr232) Antibody (A16408) at 1:1,000 dilution or c-Fos antibody (A17351). HepG2 cells were treated by 10% FBS for after serum-starvation overnight. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% BSA.
