Resuspend to 100µM with 10mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, and 0.1mM EDTA.

Selection Buffer 1 (CSS.1 aptamer): 20mM HEPES Buffer, pH 7.5, 5mM Potassium Chloride, 1M Sodium Chloride, and 10mM Magnesium Chloride. Selection Buffer 1-1: 20mM HEPES Buffer, pH 7.5, 5mM Potassium Chloride, 100mM Sodium Chloride, and 10mM Magnesium Chloride. Selection Buffer 1-2: 20mM HEPES Buffer, pH 7.5, 5mM Potassium Chloride, 100mM Sodium Chloride, and 2mM Magnesium Chloride. Selection Buffer 1-3: 20mM HEPES Buffer, pH 7.5, 5mM Potassium Chloride, and 100mM Sodium Chloride. Selection Buffer 2 (15-1 aptamer): 50mM HEPES Buffer, pH 7.5, with 137mM Sodium Chloride and 5mM Magnesium Chloride. Selection Buffer 3 (avoid adsorption of HEPES Buffer on AuNPs): pH 7.5,10mM Phosphate, and 1mM Magnesium Chloride. Artificial interstitial fluids (ISF): 10mM HEPES Buffer, pH 7.5, with 2.5mM Calcium Chloride, 3.5mM Potassium Chloride, 0.7mM Magnesium Sulfate, 123mM Sodium Chloride, 1.5mM Potassium Phosphate, and 7.4mM Sucrose. Binding Temperature: 25°C.
