Specificity
Specific to beta-estradiol over deoxycholic acid. Shows cross-reactivity towards dehydroisoandrosterone 3-sulfate and deoxycorticosterone 21-glucoside.

Aptamer Resuspension
Resuspend to 100µM with 10mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, and 0.1mM EDTA.
Apatamer Refolding Conditions
Denatured at 95°C for 5 min and then cooled to room temperature for over 10 min.
Apatmer Binding Conditions
Binding Buffer: 20mM Tris-HCl Buffer, pH 7.4, with 1M Sodium Chloride and 10mM Magnesium Chloride. Binding Temperature: 23°C.
Lyophilized from nuclease-free water (no residual salts).
Storage
Shipped at 4°C. Lyophilized: Store at -20°C. Reconstituted: Store short term at 4°C (i.e. use within days) or aliquot and store at -20°C (medium term: i.e. use within weeks) or -80°C long term. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
