Denatured in 40KT buffer at 95°C for 5 min, cooled on ice for 5 min, and then placed at RT. (40KT buffer: 50 mM MES (pH 6.5), 100 mM Tris acetate, 40 mM potassium acetate, 1% DMSO, and 0.05% Triton X)
Apatmer Binding Conditions
Binding Buffer: 20mM Tris-Acetate, pH 8, with 100mM Sodium Chloride, 200mM Potassium Chloride, 5mM Magnesium Chloride, 0.5% Triton X-100, and 5% DMSO. Binding Temperature: 25°C.
