Binding Buffer: Dulbecco’s Phosphate Buffered Saline, with 4.5g/l Glucose, 5 mM of Magnesium Chloride, 0.1mg/ml of Yeast tRNA, and 1mg/ml of Bovine Serum Albumin. Binding Temperature: 4°C.
