Specific to human skeletal muscle cells (HSKMCs); counter target is human umbilical vein endothelial cells (EA. hy926 cells).

Apatmer Binding Conditions
Binding Buffer: Dulbecco’s Phosphate Buffered Saline, with 4.5g/l Glucose, 5 mM of Magnesium Chloride, 0.1mg/ml of Yeast tRNA, and 1mg/ml of Bovine Serum Albumin. Binding Temperature: 4°C.
Lyophilized from nuclease-free water (no residual salts).

Shipped at 4°C. Lyophilized: Store at -20°C. Reconstituted: Store short term at 4°C (i.e. use within days) or aliquot and store at -20°C (medium term: i.e. use within weeks) or -80°C long term. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
