kD listed is for NMM. Aptamer also binds to MPIX (Kd = 3.6 µM), Fe(III)-MPIX (2.6 µM), hemin (1.7 µM), Ni(II)-MPIX (3.6 µM), and Zn(II)-MPIX (4.9 µM).
