Specificity was qualitatively assessed with flow cytometry comparing binding to red and white blood cells.

Resuspend to 100µM with 10mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, and 0.1mM EDTA.

Binding Buffer: 10mM HEPES Buffer, with 129mM Sodium Chloride, 2.8mM Potassium Chloride, 8.9mM Sodium Bicarbonate, 0.8mM Potassium Phosphate, 0.8mM Magnesium Chloride, 1mM Calcium Chloride, 5.6mM Glucose, and 0.35% Bovine Serum Albumin. Binding Temperature: 18°C.
