Principle of Assay
This apoptosis detection kit supports high-resolution multiparameter analysis. Annexin V APC identifies phosphatidylserine exposure associated with early apoptosis, while 7-AAD stains nonviable cells with compromised membranes. Together, the reagents enable clear discrimination of cell death stages and are compatible with advanced flow cytometry workflows.
