Principle of Assay
This kit enables sensitive detection of apoptotic cells through phosphatidylserine exposure. PE-conjugated Annexin V provides strong fluorescence signals for early apoptosis detection, while 7-AAD identifies late apoptotic and necrotic cells by DNA staining. The assay allows accurate staging of cell death and is suitable for flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy applications.
