Principle of Assay
This kit uses a proprietary lipophilic carbocyanine dye that is weakly fluorescent in aqueous solution but becomes strongly fluorescent after incorporation into the plasma membrane. It enables rapid and uniform membrane staining in live or fixed cells and is compatible with fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, and microplate-based assays.
