Description
When excited at 680nm, Unconjugated Fluorescent Beads 615 generate a bright chemiluminescence detectable at 615nm. Since they are embedded with a very bright Eu3+ chelate, these beads can emit intense fluorescence when excited around 340nm (detectable using Fluorescence Intensity or Time Resolved Fluorescence modes).?? Unconjugated Fluorescent Beads 680/615 are coated with a special formulation allowing for the easy coupling of a wide range of aminated molecules (e.g. peptides, proteins, etc.). Resulting conjugated Fluorescent Beads 680/615 can be used to replace HRP conjugates used as secondary detection reagents when transitioning from traditional ELISA to FLISAs (Fluorescent Linked Immunosorbent Assay).
