Principle of Assay
The kit provides a simple method for detecting glutamate content in a variety of biological samples such as animal tissues, plant tissues, fermentation broth . The kit uses a special extraction solution, and then develops the color with a chromogenic agent. After the color develops, the measurement is performed at 570 nm.
