Components
The kit contains TSA monochromatic fluorescent dye 440N, TSA monochromatic fluorescent dye 470SN, TSA monochromatic fluorescent dye 520N, TSA monochromatic fluorescent dye 540S, TSA monochromatic fluorescent dye 570N, TSA monochromatic fluorescent dye 620N, TSA monochromatic fluorescent dye 650N, TSA monochromatic fluorescent dye 660S, TSA monochromatic fluorescent dye 670N, and TSA monochromatic fluorescent dye 700N. These dyes emit blue, blue-green, green, yellow-green, yellow-orange, red, far-red, red-shifted far-red, deep-red, and near-infrared light respectively and are used with tyramide signal amplification to visualize multiple targets in the same sample. The kit also includes a rapid reaction buffer, which provides the reagents necessary for the TSA reaction to deposit the fluorescent dye at the site of the target. A primary antibody dilution solution is included for preparing the primary antibody. The kit contains a repair/quick removal 2-in-1 buffer for antigen retrieval or removal, 3% hydrogen peroxide to block endogenous peroxidase activity, and blocking fluid to prevent nonspecific binding. Finally, a crystal sealing tablet is provided to mount and preserve the stained samples, and the nuclear dye 470SN is included to stain cell nuclei and serve as a counterstain.
