Principle of Assay
This assay uses an enzyme cycling reaction to convert NADP(H)-dependent reactions into reduction of WST-8, producing a colored formazan signal at 450 nm. The signal intensity is proportional to the NADP+ and NADPH content.
Shipped at 4°C. Store at -20°C in the dark. Refer to the Protocol Manual for storage conditions of individual components. Do not use past expiration date!
General Notes
A 96-well microplate or microglass cuvette is required for this assay.
