When excited at 680nm, Anti-Rabbit IgG Fc Fluorescent Beads 680/615 generate a bright chemiluminescence detectable at 615nm. Since they are embedded with a very bright Eu3+ chelate, these beads can emit intense fluorescence when excited around 340nm (detectable using Fluorescence Intensity or Time Resolved Fluorescence modes). Anti-Rabbit IgG Fc Fluorescent Beads 680/615 are functionalized with antibodies specific to the Fc moiety of rabbit IgGs. These beads allow efficient capture of rabbit IgGs through their heavy chains so their Fab's are optimally exposed to interact with antigens of interest. These beads can be used to dircetly replace HRP labeled anti-rabbit IgG's during straightforward ELISA conversion to FLISAs (Fluorescent Linked Immunosorbent Assay).

Anti-Rabbit IgG Fc Fluorescent Beads 680/615 (A334445)
Fluorescent Beads enhance ELISA sensitivity and can replace traditional chromogenic methods. In a sandwich ELISA, streptavidin-coated fluorescent beads are added to bind to the biotinylated detection antibody. After removal of unbound beads, bound fluorescent beads are excited at either 680nm or 340nm to result in 615nm emission. No stop reaction is needed.
