Principle of Assay
This kit provides a simple method for detecting the content of reduced glutathione (GSH) in a variety of biological samples, such as serum, plasma, animal and plant tissues, red blood cells, cells, and bacteria. DTNB reacts with reduced glutathione to form a yellow product. The optical density measured at 412 nm, directly reflects the glutathione concentration in the sample.
