StreptaClick® HRP Multiplex Kit
Description
HRP multiplex TSA staining kit for sequential multiplex immunohistochemistry on FFPE tissues, frozen sections, and fixed cells without without heat-induced antigen retrieval between staining cycles.
Applications
IHC, ICC/IF, Multiplex IF, Sequential IHC, TSA Amplification
Assay Type
Multiplex TSA Immunohistochemistry Kit
Principle of Assay
StreptaClick® HRP Multiplex IHC Kits provide a rapid, robust, and flexible method to conjugate horseradish peroxidase (HRP) to biotinylated antibodies using click chemistry, and a novel HRP block buffer that efficiently quenches HRP activity between staining cycles. Unlike other buffers, this HRP block buffer does not require boiling between cycles, making it compatible with both FFPE sections and frozen sections, reducing the time for each staining cycle, and preserving tissue morphology. In combination with the Tyramide Signal Amplification Kit - 3 Color or Tyramide Signal Amplification Kit - 5 Color, this kit enables highly sensitive multiplexed staining by sequential IHC within a single day. StreptaClick® labeling occurs within 10 minutes, is highly efficient and can be carried out at any volume, concentration, or buffer. Once conjugated to HRP, each antibody is sequentially added to the sample and developed using tyramide signal amplification reagents. Quenching of each antibody-HRP conjugate with the novel HRP blocking buffer allows subsequent antibodies to be added in turn, until tyramide signal amplification has been performed for all antibodies.
