Total proteins were extracted from HEK-293 cells and mouse liver using Total Protein Extraction Kit for Animal Cultured Cells/Tissues (A319607) and competitor kits. Lane 1, 5 µL proteins extracted using Manufacturer B kit; Lane 2, 2.5 µL proteins extracted using Manufacturer B kit; Lane 3, 5 µL proteins extracted using Total Protein Extraction Kit for Animal Cultured Cells/Tissues (A319607); Lane 4, 2.5 µL proteins extracted using Total Protein Extraction Kit for Animal Cultured Cells/Tissues (A319607). Samples were analyzed by Western blot, as indicated.
