Click Chemistry Buffer

Catalytic buffer for Click chemistry contains copper(II), triethylammonium acetate, pH 7, and DMSO. The buffer is a 1.5x concentrate, a ready-to-use reagent for the modification of nucleic acids such as oligonucleotides, or small molecules. Copper(II) should be reduced to copper(I) prior to reaction. Ascorbic acid is the recommended reductant.

Bluish liquid.

Shipped at room temperature. Upon delivery, store in the dark at -20°C. Avoid prolonged exposure to light.
