Cyanine 5 is a rednear infrared fluorescent dye, which has low background, highfluorescence intensity andgood stability.Cyanine 5 is often used in biomolecular markers, fluorescence imaging and other fluorescent bioanalysis, such as labeling of polypeptide, protein and nucleic acid.When combined with protein, the fluorescence intensity is significantly enhanced.
