Name
Fluorescent Dye 430 azide
Description
Fluorescent Dye 430 is a fluorescent dye that can be excited by a 405 nm violet laser or a 445 nm laser paired, for example, with a 510/80 nm bandpass filter. The azide moiety allows quick and effective labeling and detection of terminal alkynes via a copper-catalyzed click reaction (CuAAC) or of strained cyclooctynes via a copper-free click chemistry reaction. Mild reaction conditions are suitable for most biomolecules, cells, and tissues. The product is water soluble and insensitive to pH changes between pH 4 and pH 10.
