Instructions for Use: This knockdown cell lysate is intended to be used together with wild-type HT-1080 cell lysate. For Western blotting, we recommend running both wild-type and knockdown lysates on the same gel, ensuring each well is loaded with equal volumes and equal amounts of total protein.
