Kplus DNA Ladder (Ready-to-Use)

A unique combination of PCR products and a number of proprietary plasmids digested with appropriate restriction enzymes. Phenol extracted and equilibrated to 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0) and 10 mM EDTA. Covers the size range 100-10,000 base pairs. Number of bands = 19. The 500, 1.500 and 3,000 base pair bands have increased intensity to act as reference points. Contains Orange G, Xylene Cyanol FF, and Bromophenol Blue as tracking dyes
