qPCR Lyo-Ready Mix

The qPCR Lyo-Ready Mix enables real-time quantitative PCR for the sensitive and specific detection of DNA targets in singleplex or multiplex formats. Target DNA is amplified using an antibody-regulated hot-start Taq DNA polymerase in the presence of target-specific primers and fluorescent probes. During amplification, probe-based detection chemistries such as TaqMan® or Scorpions® generate a fluorescence signal that increases proportionally with the amount of amplified product. The mix contains optimized buffers, PCR enhancers, and excipients that support efficient amplification and allow direct lyophilization of the complete reaction. Following lyophilization, the reagents are stable at room temperature. Quantification is achieved by monitoring fluorescence in real time during thermal cycling, with signal intensity corresponding to the initial concentration of the target DNA.
