Principle of Assay
Designed for IP and Co-IP experiments using rabbit primary antibodies. The kit includes optimized native and denatured lysis buffers, Protein A/G magnetic beads for efficient capture of antibody–antigen complexes, and an IP negative control. An HRP-labeled mouse anti-rabbit IgG light chain secondary antibody is provided to eliminate heavy chain interference during Western blot detection.

Co-IP performed using Universal IP/Co-IP Toolkit (Magnetic Beads/Anti-Rabbit) (A319777). Protein was extracted using non-denaturing lysis buffer, and then analyzed by Co-IP. The whole cell lysates (Input) and Co-IP samples (using the indicated antibodies) were probed with Stat1 monoclonal antibody, Stat2 polyclonal antibody, and GAPDH monoclonal antibody respectively in Western blot analysis.
