Canine Toxoplasma IgG ELISA Kit is an indirect elisa Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (iELISA) designed for the in vitro qualitative determination of canine Toxoplasma IgG in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Canine Toxoplasma-Immunoglobulin G ELISA Kit (A334874) employs an enzyme immunoassay for the qualitative detection of canine Toxoplasma-Immunoglobulin G in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The 96-well microtiter plate is coated with capture antibodies or antigens specific for Toxoplasma-Immunoglobulin G. Samples are added and incubated, followed by washing and addition of enzyme-conjugated detection molecules. TMB substrate is added to produce a blue-coloured product that turns yellow after acidic stop solution. The presence or absence of yellow color indicates the presence or absence of Toxoplasma-Immunoglobulin G in the sample.
