Name
Human Apolipoprotein H ELISA Kit
Description
Human Apolipoprotein H ELISA Kit is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Apolipoprotein H in cell culture supernatant, serum and plasma.
Assay Type
Sandwich (quantitative)
Principle of Assay
Human Apolipoprotein H ELISA Kit is based on the quantitative sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay technique to measure concentration of human Apo H in the samples. A monoclonal antibody specific for human Apo H has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells for the first incubation. After washing away any unbound substances, a HRP-linked detect antibody specific for Apo H is added to the wells. After washing, substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of Apo H bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
