Principle of Assay
Human EPOR ELISA Kit is based on the quantitative sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay technique to measure concentration of human EPOR in the samples. A monoclonal antibody specific for human EPOR has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standard, samples and HRP-linked detect antibody specific for EPOR are pipetted into the wells and EPOR present is bound by the immobilized antibody and detect antibody following incubation. After washing, substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of EPOR bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
