Human HCG-IgM ELISA Kit (A334962) employs an enzyme immunoassay for the qualitative detection of human HCG-IgM in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The 96-well microtiter plate is coated with capture antibodies or antigens specific for HCG-IgM. Samples are added and incubated, followed by washing and addition of enzyme-conjugated detection molecules. TMB substrate is added to produce a blue-coloured product that turns yellow after acidic stop solution. The presence or absence of yellow color indicates the presence or absence of HCG-IgM in the sample.
