Human Insulin ELISA Kit is a 3h 30m sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the rapid in vitro quantitative determination of human Insulin in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids.

Sandwich (quantitative)

This kit employs a Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody format for the quantitative determination of Insulin in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. A capture antibody pre-coated on the microplate binds Insulin in standards and samples. A biotinylated detection antibody and avidin-HRP conjugate are subsequently applied to form a specific detection complex. Following substrate addition, a colorimetric reaction develops and is measured at 450 nm. The signal intensity is directly proportional to the concentration of Insulin in the sample and is quantified using a standard curve.
