Principle of Assay
Human Anti-Luteinizing Hormone Antibody ELISA Kit (A302998) employs HRP antibody sandwich ELISA for the quantitative measurement of human Anti-Luteinizing Hormone Antibody in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. Capture antibody specific for Anti-Luteinizing Hormone Antibody is pre-coated on a 96-well microtiter plate. Samples and standards are added, and Anti-Luteinizing Hormone Antibody binds to the immobilized antibody. Detection is performed using HRP-conjugated detection antibody, which binds to a different epitope on the captured target. Following another wash, TMB substrate solution produces a blue-coloured product that changes to yellow after addition of acidic stop solution. The intensity of yellow is proportional to the amount of Anti-Luteinizing Hormone Antibody captured, and the concentration is determined by reading O.D. at 450nm.
