Human + Mouse + Rat Bevacizumab Pharmacokinetic ELISA Kit is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of Bevacizumab levels in human, mouse and rat serum and plasma.

Direct Sandwich (Quantitative)

Human + Mouse + Rat Bevacizumab Pharmacokinetic ELISA Kit is a direct sandwich ELISA that provides quantitative determination of free bevacizumab targeting VEGFA in serum and plasma. Anti-bevacizumab antibodies are immobilized on a 96-well microplate to capture bevacizumab from calibrators and samples. After incubation and washing, an enzyme-linked anti-bevacizumab detection antibody is added. Substrate conversion produces a colorimetric signal measured at 450 nm that is directly proportional to bevacizumab concentration and quantified using the calibrator series.

This kit contains: A coated 96 well microtiter plate, 1.8 mL Calibrator diluent, 12 µL Calibrator, 10X 25 mL wash buffer, 50 mL Assay buffer, 1000X 17 µL detection reagent, 12 mL TMB, 12 mL TMB stop solution, 3 Plate sealers.

Samples should be collected as serum or plasma using EDTA or heparin as anticoagulants. Samples may be stored at or below -20 °C for up to one year prior to analysis. Calibrators and test samples are diluted 1:50 with assay buffer by adding 5 µL of prepared calibrator or sample to 245 µL of assay buffer. Mix well before use and do not store diluted samples.
