Human + Mouse + Rat Omalizumab Pharmacokinetic ELISA Kit is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of Omalizumab levels in human, mouse and rat serum and plasma.

Direct Sandwich (Quantitative)

Human + Mouse + Rat Omalizumab Pharmacokinetic ELISA Kit is a direct sandwich ELISA that provides quantitative determination of free omalizumab targeting IgE in serum and plasma. Anti-omalizumab antibodies pre-coated on the microplate capture omalizumab from samples and calibrators. An enzyme-linked anti-omalizumab antibody specific to the Fc region is used for detection. Color development measured at 450 nm is directly proportional to omalizumab concentration.

This kit contains: A coated 96 well microtiter plate, 1.8 mL Calibrator diluent, 12 µL Calibrator, 10X 25 mL wash buffer, 50 mL Assay buffer, 1000X 17 µL detection reagent, 12 mL TMB, 12 mL TMB stop solution, 3 Plate sealers.

Samples should be collected as serum or plasma using EDTA or heparin anticoagulants and stored at or below -20 °C for up to one year. Calibrators and test samples should be diluted 1:50 with assay buffer by adding 5 µL of sample to 245 µL of assay buffer. Mix well and do not store diluted samples.
