Human + Mouse + Rat Rituximab Immunogenicity ELISA Kit is a bridging Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (bELISA) designed for the in vitro semi-quantitative determination of Rituximab Immunogenicity levels in human, mouse and rat serum and plasma.

Bridging (Semi-Quantitative)

Human + Mouse + Rat Rituximab Immunogenicity ELISA Kit is a bridging ELISA that provides qualitative and semi-quantitative determination of antibodies against rituximab targeting CD20 in serum and plasma. Anti-rituximab antibodies in samples form immune bridges between assay reagents bound to the microplate. After washing, secondary antibody and detection reagent are added. Color development is proportional to the amount of anti-rituximab antibodies present and results are interpreted relative to provided controls.

This kit contains: A coated 96 well microtiter plate, 4X 50 µL QC samples, 10X 25 mL wash buffer, 50 mL Assay buffer, 1000X 17 µL secondary antibody, 1000X 17 µL detection reagent, 12 mL TMB, 12 mL TMB stop solution, 3 Plate sealers.

Samples should be collected as serum or plasma using EDTA or heparin anticoagulants and stored at or below -20 °C for up to one year. Quality control samples and test samples should be diluted 1:10 with assay buffer by adding 30 µL of sample to 270 µL of assay buffer. Mix well before use. Do not store diluted samples. Samples outside the assay range may be further diluted as required.
