Sandwich (quantitative)

Human Neuropilin-2 ELISA Kit is based on the quantitative sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay technique to measure concentration of human NRP2 in the samples. A monoclonal antibody specific for human NRP2 has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells for the first incubation. After washing away any unbound substances, a HRP-linked detect antibody specific for NRP2 is added to the wells. After washing, substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of NRP2 bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
