Human PRLR ELISA Kit is based on the quantitative sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay technique to measure concentration of human PRLR in the samples. A monoclonal antibody specific for human PRLR has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standard, samples and HRP-linked detect antibody specific for PRLR are pipetted into the wells and PRLR present is bound by the immobilized antibody and detect antibody following incubation. After washing, substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of PRLR bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
