Human Anti-SARS-CoV-2 (N+S) IgM ELISA Kit is an indirect Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (iELISA) designed for the in vitro qualitative determination of human Anti-SARS-CoV-2 (N+S) IgM in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids.

Human Anti-SARS-CoV-2 (N+S) IgM ELISA Kit (A303128) employs an enzyme immunoassay for the qualitative detection of human Anti-SARS-CoV-2 (N+S) IgM in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The 96-well microtiter plate is coated with capture antibodies or antigens specific for Anti-SARS-CoV-2 (N+S) IgM. Samples are added and incubated, followed by washing and addition of enzyme-conjugated detection molecules. TMB substrate is added to produce a blue-coloured product that turns yellow after acidic stop solution. The presence or absence of yellow color indicates the presence or absence of Anti-SARS-CoV-2 (N+S) IgM in the sample.
