Human SARS-CoV-2 (Surrogate Virus) Spike Protein-ACE2 Neutralizing Antibodies ELISA Kit is a competitive ELISA that provides functional determination of SARS-CoV-2 (Surrogate Virus) Spike Protein-ACE2 Neutralizing Antibodies in human serum and plasma. The assay measures inhibition of ACE2 binding to immobilized spike protein by neutralizing antibodies present in samples. A peroxidase-conjugated detection reagent and chromogenic substrate generate a signal inversely proportional to neutralizing antibody activity.

This kit contains: A coated 96 well microtiter plate, 6X 250 µL Calibrators, 10X 50 mL, wash buffer - 50 mL Assay buffer, 1000X 150 µL detection reagent, 12 mL TMB, 12 mL TMB stop solution, 3 Plate sealers.

Samples should be collected as serum or plasma using EDTA or heparin anticoagulants and stored at or below -20 °C for up to one year. Samples are used neat without dilution and should be mixed gently prior to addition to the assay plate.
