Human Varicella Zoster Virus IgG ELISA Kit is a 3 hour qualitative Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (qELISA) designed for the in vitro qualitative determination of human Varicella Zoster Virus IgG in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids.

Human Varicella Zoster Virus IgG ELISA Kit (A303071) is a 3 hour qualitative Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (qELISA) designed for the in vitro qualitative detection of human Varicella Zoster Virus IgG in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. Samples are added to a 96-well microtiter plate pre-coated with assay-specific binding reagents. Following incubation, unbound components are removed by washing and an enzyme-conjugated detection reagent is added. After further incubation and washing, TMB substrate solution is added to visualize the enzyme-mediated reaction. This produces a blue-coloured product that changes to yellow following addition of acidic stop solution. The presence or absence of colour indicates the presence or absence of Varicella Zoster Virus IgG in the sample.
