Human VEGF R3 ELISA Kit is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human VEGFR3 in cell culture supernatant, serum and plasma.

Sandwich (quantitative)

Human VEGF R3 ELISA Kit is based on the quantitative sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay technique to measure concentration of human VEGF R3 in the samples. A monoclonal antibody specific for human VEGF R3 has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells for the first incubation. After washing away any unbound substances, a HRP-linked detect antibody specific for VEGF R3 is added to the wells. After washing, substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of VEGF R3 bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
