Principle of Assay
Mouse IgG1 ELISA Kit is based on the quantitative sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay technique to measure concentration of mouse IgG1 in the samples. A monoclonal antibody specific for mouse IgG1 has been immobilized onto microwells. Standard, samples and HRP-linked detect antibody specific for IgG1 are pipetted into the wells and IgG1 present is bound by the immobilized antibody. After washing away any unbound substances, substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of IgG1 bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
