Rat Hantaan Virus ELISA Kit (A335415) employs an enzyme immunoassay for the qualitative detection of rat Hantaan Virus in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The 96-well microtiter plate is coated with capture antibodies or antigens specific for Hantaan Virus. Samples are added and incubated, followed by washing and addition of enzyme-conjugated detection molecules. TMB substrate is added to produce a blue-coloured product that turns yellow after acidic stop solution. The presence or absence of yellow color indicates the presence or absence of Hantaan Virus in the sample.
