Principle of Assay
Anti-SARS-CoV-2 (N) IgG ELISA Kit (A247371) employs an enzyme immunoassay for the qualitative detection of universal Anti-SARS-CoV-2 (N) IgG in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The 96-well microtiter plate is coated with capture antibodies or antigens specific for Anti-SARS-CoV-2 (N) IgG. Samples are added and incubated, followed by washing and addition of enzyme-conjugated detection molecules. TMB substrate is added to produce a blue-coloured product that turns yellow after acidic stop solution. The presence or absence of yellow color indicates the presence or absence of Anti-SARS-CoV-2 (N) IgG in the sample.
