This antibody is expected to have a broad reactivity, it has been tested to react in: Sturgeon, Anole lizard, Sunfish, Horned lizard, Agamid lizard, Zebra finch. The following cross reactivites have been observed: 17-beta Oestradiol: 100%, Oestrone: 14%, Oestriol: 5%. All <0.01%: Aldosterone, Cortisol, Corticosterone, DHEA, Deoxycorticosterone, Pregnenolone, Progesterone, 17OH-P and Testosterone.
