AKR1B10 expression in A549 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-AKR1B10 Antibody (A84467) at 0.03µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
AKR1B10 expression in HEK293 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress FLAG-tagged AKR1B10. Staining was performed with Anti-AKR1B10 Antibody (A84467) (Right) or Anti-FLAG (Left) and detected with chemiluminescence. Control: Mock-transfected HEK293 cells incubated with Anti-AKR1B10 Antibody (A84467) (first and last lane).
