Western Blot - Anti-ALS2CR1 Antibody (A83268)

ALS2CR1 expression in Human Heart lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 30µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-ALS2CR1 Antibody (A83268) at 1µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
